Authentic Japanese dishes
Our Kinjo menu brings together authentic Japanese dishes created by our head chef Nabin Ghale who champions a modern take on traditional Japanese cooking. Nabin brings his years of experience training in Japan, cooking in New York and previously head chef at Sake No Hana, London.
We are proud to have a menu that is suitable for a quick lunch right through to dinner and cocktails in the evening with Donburi, Kushiyaki, Ramen, Agemono, Sushi, Yakitori and Robata Grill dishes.
Sustainability and Ingredients
Our ingredients are sourced by Nabin and the Kinjo team to give you an authentic taste of Japan.
All sushi is made fresh from the finest ingredients and prepared to order with Tuna dishes sustainably sourced by Balfego in Spain and certified by AENOR. On request we can provide the QR code detailing the location, harvest, weight and fat content of today’s tuna. At Kinjo we believe in the art of sushi and protecting the health of the world’s oceans.
Cooking techniques also play a key part following traditional Japanese processes for all our tempura dishes – and our grill dishes all cooked over our hand built Robata grill.
Our Bar
The Kinjo bar team serves up a wide range of traditional cocktails with a Japanese twist as well as house Kinjo classics such as Sake Spritz’s, and a Lychee Martini. Our wine list is made up of wines perfect to accompany our Japanese dishes with a menu of hot and cold sake for after dinner.
